Terms and Conditions for selected participants only.
Fee: All fees must be paid in full before the last date of form submission using one of the accepted payment methods listed on the application form, ‘Guidance on how to apply’ web pages, or the course brochure.
Admission: Mark 5 Films reserves the right to refuse admission to any student who has not paid all course, registration, and accommodation fees in full before the course starts.
Liability: Once accepted, students are personally liable for all fees due unless a sponsor accepts liability in writing.
Course Cancellation and Programme Changes: Mark 5 Films will notify registered students of any course cancellations or programme changes with as much notice as possible. Our maximum liability is limited to a refund of received fees for the cancelled course. Refund of accommodation fees will not be made if made.
Cancellation by Participants: Once the fee has been paid and you are selected by us then cancellations are not possible from your end. It becomes a non refundable payment. Our programs have limited seats, and admission is granted only after clearing the personal interview. We invest significant time and effort in ensuring that selected participants are worthy of a seat. Therefore, cancellation from selected participants is not possible once selected.
Transfer to Alternative Course: Registered students may apply to attend a later iteration of the same course or an alternative one, subject to availability and academic approval. A Late Transfer Fee applies for transfers with five or fewer days’ notice.
Recording: The organisers may take visual and/or audio recordings of students for promotional, management, or educative purposes.
Behaviour: Mark 5 Films reserves the right to remove any student from the course whose behaviour or demeanour is deemed unacceptable.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: Mark 5 Films reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Acceptance: Applicants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by applying for a course.Thank you for your attention to these terms.
